On an adventure to Dominica’s Castle Comfort Dive Lodge, home of Dive Dominica, REEF taught ScubaDoRag’s Suuz Martines the fun and merits of counting fish. Besides the bounty, we and the Barrowcudas (a fun, adventurous group that adopted us) saw fish we had never seen and there were babies and juveniles on every reef.
It was so exciting that many of the Barrowcudas are already REEF members. After every dive, the REEF book pages were flipping to find our treasures. Please get involved and participate in what REEF says, “Diving that counts.” I just signed up today—very easy.
REEF.org The Reef Environmental Education Foundation is a grass-roots organization that seeks to conserve marine ecosystems by educating, enlisting and enabling divers and other marine enthusiasts to become active ocean stewards and citizen scientists.
What a treasure of a resort, Castle Comfort Dive Lodge and Dive Dominica — comfortable character, fresh vegetables, fruit and juices, great food, Sukie bread, lush countryside, waterfalls, Screw’s Spa (yes, his name is Screw), rainbows, dolphins, Big Mama’s island tour, incredible dive staff – no dive gods here – just knowledgeable, professional, fun (and now stylish after I dressed them in ScubaDoRag gear and ScubaTubeSocks. They are our newest dealer). www.castlecomfortdivelodge.com www.ScubaDoRag.com
Come see us at Booth 1626.
We’re launching three new products and debuting ten new prints in addition to our already stellar line-up. And, we’re beside our good buddy, Chammyz. Please come enjoy the color and style we know. Visit the dive fashion capitol of the world–ScubaDoRag located at Booth 1626.
ScubaDoRag brings excitement, color and safety to your dives. After you buy your necessary gear, keep excited about diving and experience the color of ScubaDoRag products. ScubaDoRag introduces new products and new prints for lightweight and stylish travel.
Instead of complete dive skins, ScubaDoRag is making parts for your parts to dress and protect divers from head to toe. These Super Sleeves andSuper Legs customize, colorize and identify. These tested very well in recent trips to Tobago Underwater Carnival and in Cozumel, Mexico. Especially interesting was the application for photographers’ protection from stinging hydroids and jellies while trying to get that shot.
Super Sleeves and Super Legs take up very little space for lightweight travel, wear alone or use under to aid in donning the wetsuit or over a wetsuit for stylish identification. Be known by the ScubaDoRag print you wear as these coordinate with the rest of ScubaDoRag products.
Not only for exposure protection or identification with a shorty wetsuit underwater, but also protects exposed parts from the sun during all of your outdoor activities. Wear a short sleeve shirt and shorts and if you get hot or chilly or get too much sun, don as needed.
We also debut ScubaDo Hose Covers, originally developed for Poseidon Mk VI rebreathers, a great way to color code gear and upsell your customers. We also use them for BCD inflator hose. When there are 12 sets of gear lined up on a dock, guess whose shows up?
Come see us at DEMA Booth # 1626!
For help in the “WetsuitDance”, sleek, luxe feel in your booties and fins and brash fash in your crocs, clogs or sandals.
Check out this testimonial from the New York Aquarium!
Each time I prepare to dive, whether it be in a skin in the tropics or in a 7 mm. wetsuit in one of the colder exhibits at the New York Aquarium, the most important first piece of gear I don is my Scuba Tube Socks. When I then easily slide my legs into my wetsuit, while watching other divers struggling to get their wetsuits on and do the wet suit dance, I wonder why more divers don’t have these simple Scuba Tube Socks in their dive bags.
Those colorful socks make it easier to get those booties on too!
Thanks, Suuz. Your products are the best! I am now considering using buddy bands as a great underwater ID and spotting aid for my dive teams. Great stuff!

Just returned from diving in Cozumel with my new Good Hoods (with matching socks, of course.) Wore the hoods over my regular dive hood to increase my visibility in the water. The hoods are FABULOUS! I have worn Scuba Do Rags for years but found the Good Hoods to be a huge improvement for me. They looked great and were a big hit on the boat. By the middle of the trip, three other women on the boat bought Good Hoods in a local store to wear over their own hoods! My dive buddy and the dive master commented on how easy I was to spot. Fashion AND dive safety! Thanks for the awesome products!
Thanks Dawn!
